Hello, my name is Jason Bowyer. I am an LPC and I am passionate about helping teenagers and young adults learn how to increase their self-worth. The majority of my practice focuses on self-worth, identity issues, neurodivergence, and religious trauma. My approach to therapy is person-centered and utilizes Adlerian, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal theories to deliver effective interventions.
